Terms of Service

By accessing or using Esport Agenda you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; material changes will be announced on the site and take effect 30 days after posting.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use Esport Agenda for personal, non-commercial use. You may not scrape, resell, or redistribute our content except for permitted editorial quoting with attribution.

Esport Agenda is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Match schedules, scores, lineups and stream URLs are sourced from third-party APIs and broadcasters and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. We are not affiliated with Riot Games, Valve, Blizzard, KRAFTON, Ubisoft, ESL, BLAST, or any other rights holder unless explicitly stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Esport Agenda and its publisher are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for missed matches, missed notifications, lost picks, or any loss of data or enjoyment arising from the use of the site.

These Terms are governed by French law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably by contacting contact@esportagenda.com fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dijon, France, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.

Match reminders are a best-effort feature. Local reminders depend on your browser permissions, device state and Service Worker availability; server-side push notifications depend on your browser's Web Push endpoint remaining valid. Esport Agenda does not guarantee that reminders will fire on time or at all. Match times are sourced from third-party APIs and may change without notice.

Live streams are embedded from Twitch, YouTube and Kick. This content is provided by and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those platforms. Esport Agenda does not control and is not responsible for third-party embedded content.

When you post messages in live chat or any other user-submitted field, you remain responsible for the content you post and grant Esport Agenda a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the site. We may moderate, remove, or restrict chat at any time for violations of applicable law, third-party rights, or community standards (spam, hate speech, harassment, doxxing, illegal content).

Pick'em predictions, bracket predictions, points, ELO/rank and achievements are provided for entertainment purposes only. There is no entry fee, no real-money wagering and no cash prize. This is not gambling. Your username, avatar, rank and aggregate pick statistics are publicly visible on the leaderboard and on your public profile. We reserve the right to reset, correct, or void picks and bracket predictions in case of bugs, data errors, or abuse, and to remove users who manipulate the system (multi-accounting, automation).

The newsletter is opt-in. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can also manage or disable it at any time from /newsletter/subscribe. Delivery is handled by Resend. We never sell or rent your email address.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights, with or without notice in serious cases.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to create an account, subscribe to the newsletter, or enable push notifications. Younger users may browse public pages but must not submit personal data.

If you believe content on Esport Agenda infringes your copyright or other IP rights, send a notice to contact@esportagenda.com including the work concerned, the infringing URL, and your contact details. We review and act on valid notices promptly.
